Admission forms are available through the office of the Ag Principal SCHP Bingham University BHUTH, Jos from the 13th of February to the 31st of May 2023 for a non-refundable cost of N8,500.00.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of (5) ‘O’ Level Credit Passes in the SSCE/GCE/NECO at not more than two (2), sittings in the following subjects: Biolog, English, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics in addition to
Diploma in Community Health (CHEW)
Community Health Assistant/CHEW with an Abridgement-Diploma.
MODALITIES OF PAYMENT
Applicants should pay for the form through e-banking or direct payment to Accounts No. 3702040755, ECOBank Nig. Ltd. Account Name: Bingham University Teaching Hospital (BHUTH) Jos. Community Health Officers’ Training Programme (CHOTP); obtain a teller and present same to the Chairman, Medical Advisory Committee Office in BHUTH for issuance of the form.
