Yobe State University Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form for 2025/2026; This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who chose Yobe State University (YSU) as their First Choice Institution and have met the required minimum JAMB score for their respective courses that the 2025/2026 Post-UTME/DE screening exercise is scheduled to hold as follows:
- Start Date: Thursday, 7th August 2025
- End Date: Saturday, 4th September 2025
Cut-Off Marks
The approved cut-off marks for all programmes will guide the registration. Candidates are advised to confirm their course cut-off marks on the official portal before proceeding.
Application Guidelines
All eligible candidates are to follow the steps below:
- Generate REMITA at any reliable cyber café and obtain a RRR Number.
- Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 through REMITA.
- Print the payment slip after successful transaction.
- Proceed to the university’s portal to complete the online registration via:
https://ysu.edu.ng/smis/putme/login.php
Required Documents for Post-UTME/DE Screening
Candidates are expected to upload and present the following documents during the screening process:
- Original 2025 UTME/DE slip
- SSCE result(s) (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB)
- Letter of Indigene
- HND/NCE/ND/IJMB result (for DE candidates only)
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
Candidates are advised to ensure that all information submitted is accurate and that all required documents are provided to avoid disqualification.
