To be eligible for the HND programmes, candidates must:
- Have an ND (National Diploma) at Lower Credit level in the relevant discipline.
- Have one year of post-qualification experience or two years if the ND was obtained with a Pass.

- The application form costs ₦10,000.
- Payment should be made at any commercial bank by generating a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for deposit into the Polytechnic’s TSA Account.
Steps for Online Application:
- Create an Account: Register on the WUFPBK HND Admission Portal.
- Log In: Access your account to begin the application.
- Payment: Generate a Remita code from the Application Tab or the Remita logo. Print the Remita and pay ₦10,000 at the bank. Obtain the “Payment Advice” printout.
- Form Completion: After payment, log in to complete the online form, and upload a recent passport-sized photograph.
- Print Application Form: Print the completed form, which you will need along with your original credentials during the screening process.
- Confirmation: Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
