A Two-Phase Journey of Growth and Impact
This programme is built to nurture businesses across 12 months, broken into two intensive phases:
Phase 1: Incubation (6 months)
- Weekly one-on-one coaching with portfolio managers and subject matter experts
- Monthly group workshops on business models, strategy, and investment readiness
- Final pitch presentation to determine who progresses to the next phase
- Access to grants (needs-based) during this stage
Phase 2: Acceleration (6 months)
- Focused 2-week coaching blocks with industry specialists
- Group sessions with key players in the African health ecosystem
- Research and funding tools to scale your business
- Direct investor meetings linked to Boehringer Ingelheim and Villgro
- Showcase opportunity at the Making More Health Together event in Germany

Are You Eligible?
Your business must meet the following criteria:
Operate for profit and be based in at least one African country Generate minimum $250,000 in annual revenue Have been in operation for at least three years Serve at least 60,000 people annually with health solutions Plan to raise $1 million or more in the next year Have a solid team with proven experience Comply with all health regulations and funding standards Be able to track health and financial outcomes with a working plan Be focused entirely on impact within Africa
