Fellowship Opportunities
Vice-Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Research Fellowship
- Availability: Three fellowships open to applicants from any discipline.
- Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be early-career researchers, within five years post-Doctorate, demonstrating an excellent track record and international recognition. Projects must align with the strategic interests of the hosting UOW faculty.
- Fellowship Offer: A three-year, fixed-term position with annual project funding up to $10,000.
Vice-Chancellor’s Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Early-Mid-Career Research Fellowship
- Availability: One targeted fellowship for applicants from any discipline.
- Eligibility Criteria: Designed for early or mid-career researchers, within ten years post-Doctorate, with a notable track record and international recognition. The proposed research should align with the strategic focus of the hosting UOW faculty.
- Fellowship Offer: A three-year, fixed-term contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position in the fourth year based on performance evaluation. The fellowship includes annual project funding up to $10,000.
