UUTH College of Nursing Post-UTME Form 2026/2027. The College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, has announced its Post-UTME screening exercise for admission into the ND/HND Nursing programme for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The minimum UTME score is 150, while eligible candidates must have the required five O’Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
The Post-UTME application fee is N30,000, and candidates will be required to attend a screening examination scheduled for 24 October 2026.

How to Apply for UUTH College of Nursing Post-UTME 2026/2027
The Post-UTME application form will be available for collection from Monday, 5 October to Thursday, 22 October 2026.
Candidates should complete the registration within the stated period and pay the required N30,000 non-refundable application fee.
Payment is to be made to the Bursary, College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.
Candidates should also prepare the required documents for registration:
- Three coloured passport photographs
- Photocopies of relevant credentials
- JAMB UTME score printout
Applicants who previously selected another institution but have completed a JAMB change of institution to the College of Nursing Sciences, UUTH, may also apply.
UUTH Nursing Post-UTME Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the 2026/2027 UUTH College of Nursing Post-UTME exercise, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Minimum UTME Score
Candidates must have scored at least 150 in the 2026 UTME.
2. UUTH Must Be First Choice
Candidates must have selected the College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital as their first-choice institution in JAMB.
Candidates who initially selected another institution but subsequently completed a valid JAMB change of institution to UUTH may also be considered.
3. Age Requirement
Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30 November 2026.
UUTH Nursing O’Level Requirements
Candidates must have credit passes in the following five subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
The required credits may be obtained from WAEC, GCE, SSCE or NECO.
Results from not more than two sittings are accepted.
Candidates should ensure that the names and other personal details on their O’Level results and JAMB records are consistent before completing registration.
UUTH Nursing Post-UTME Application Fee
The UUTH College of Nursing Post-UTME application fee is N30,000.
The fee is non-refundable and is payable to the Bursary, College of Nursing Sciences, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital.
Candidates should retain their evidence of payment because it will be required during the screening exercise.
