We are pleased to inform the general public that the sale of application forms for admission into the School of Nursing, Usman Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH) Sokoto, has commenced for the 2023/2024 academic session.
Important Dates:
- Sales of application forms: From 31st July 2023 to 18th August 2023.
Entry Requirements:
Applicants must possess FIVE CREDIT at not more than two (2) sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology from NECO, WAEC, or NABTEB.
Application Procedure:
- Visit the website https://healthrevolve.com.ng and select “Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto” from the “Remitto Payment” Menu.
- Under “Service,” select ‘UDUTH School of Nursing.” Fill in N7,000.00 under the Service amount along with all other correct information. Click “Generate Payment Instruction.”
- Use the generated Remita (RRR Number) to make your payment at any bank.
- Bring the generated teller of payment along with the Remita slip to UDUTH School Accountant and collect your receipt.
- Present the copy of Remita slip and receipt received from the UDUTH School Accountant to the SCHOOL OF NURSING UDUTH SOKOTO to obtain your SERIAL NUMBER AND PIN.
- Visit https://nursing.uduth.org.ng/ and insert the pin and serial number provided to you.
- Accurately fill in your information and submit the form after acknowledgment.
- Please ensure you have a CLEAR PRINTED COPY of your application form on the date of the entrance exam.
Entrance Exam (Written):
The entrance exam will be held on 9th September 2023.
