UNIZIK Post-UTME & Direct Entry Screening Form for 2025/2026. Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has opened its portal for the 2025 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) admission screening. If you’re aiming for a spot, take note: registration started Monday, 28 July, and ends Saturday, 16 August 2025. Once the portal closes, it won’t reopen.

Who Can Apply?
For UTME Candidates:
You’re eligible if you:
- Chose UNIZIK or any of its affiliate institutions as your first choice
- Scored the minimum required mark for your course
- Or, if UNIZIK wasn’t your original choice, you’ve made a JAMB change of institution to UNIZIK
Here’s how the cut-off marks break down by course:
- 200 and above: Law, Medicine, Medical Lab, Nursing, Pharmacy, Radiography, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Environmental Health, Forensic Science
- 180 and above: Arts (English, Theatre, Linguistics), all Engineering, Mass Communication, Political Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Tech, Accountancy, Public Admin, Business Admin, Anatomy, Physiology
- 160 and above: Agriculture, Environmental Sciences, Education, Music, Igbo, Religion, French, Botany, Zoology, Parasitology, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Geophysics, Chemistry
- 150 and above: All affiliate institutions
If your UTME subject combination doesn’t match your course, you must switch to a suitable course before registering.
For Direct Entry Candidates:
In addition to the UTME conditions, you must:
- Have a valid OND, HND, A’Level, or first degree
- Upload all required documents online
- Send your transcript to The Registrar, UNIZIK
- Submit a hard copy of your credentials to the Admissions Office by 16 August
Without the transcript, your application won’t be processed.
How to Apply
- Go to the UNIZIK application portal
- Enter your JAMB registration number, LGA, and UTME subject combination
- Fill in your phone number, email, date of birth, and create a password
- Verify your email with the code sent
- Log in and upload your O’Level results
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee (online or at the bank)
- Submit your application
- Check your email for confirmation
You can still edit your O’Level results until the deadline—after that, no changes allowed.
Important Dates
- Change of institution/course deadline: 9 August
- Registration & document upload deadline: 16 August
- All results must be uploaded to JAMB CAPS
- No physical exam for now—just register and wait for further announcements

Anyone caught giving or taking bribes will be reported
Do not pay anyone who claims they can guarantee admission
Use only the official UNIZIK portal
If you use the wrong JAMB details, your payment won’t be refunded
