UNIZIK 2025/2026 Postgraduate Admission Form; Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, invites qualified candidates to apply for admission into its Postgraduate Diplomas, Master’s, and Doctorate degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Candidates can apply for full-time, part-time, or online study options, depending on their preference and needs.
Admission Requirements
General Requirements
- Applicants must possess at least five credit passes, including English Language, obtained from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or TC11.
- Credits must be earned in one or two sittings, based on specific departmental requirements.

Specific Programme Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma (PGD):
- A first degree with a CGPA of 1.51 and above (on a 5-point scale).
- OR a Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least a Lower Credit.
- Master’s Degree:
- A related field degree with a CGPA of 2.50 (5-point scale) or 45% (for universities without CGPA grading).
- OR a Postgraduate Diploma with a CGPA of 3.00 and above.
- Master of Philosophy (MPhil)/PhD:
- A Master’s Degree holder with a CGPA between 3.00 and 3.49.
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD):
- A Master’s Degree holder in a related discipline with a CGPA of 3.50 and above or a minimum of 60% score (for non-CGPA institutions).
