University Of Ibadan Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Admission Forms; This is a notification for prospective candidates interested in seeking admission to the University of Ibadan. The university’s admission portal will be open for post-UTME Registration from Monday, October 23, 2023, to Friday, November 17, 2023. Please be aware that there may be no extension of the registration period.

University Of Ibadan Releases 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE Admission Forms

PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

To initiate the post-UTME registration process, candidates are required to log in to the Admission Portal [https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng] using their Jamb Registration Number as the username (e.g., 12345678EG) and their surname as the password (e.g., oyekanmi, chibuzor, umar – all in lowercase).

A portal access fee of N3,000.00 and a screening fee of N2,000.00 should be paid through the ADMISSION PORTAL in favor of the University of Ibadan (Admission Processing Fee Account). Candidates are to provide their Telephone Number and email address during the payment process.

Payment Options:

  1. Credit/Debit Card Payment using an ATM card
  2. Cash payment at the bank using the print-out from the portal
  3. Direct bank account debit using internet banking tools for payment.

Once payment is successfully made, candidates should print the payment receipt, proceed to complete the bio-data form, submit the form, and print it for their records.

DATE OF POST UTME

The post-UTME examination is scheduled to take place from Monday, November 27, 2023, to Friday, December 1, 2023. The specific examination date for each candidate will be communicated in due course. Candidates are strongly advised to acquire the UI Post-UTME Past Questions and Answers to prepare adequately for the exercise.

Candidates are urged to provide valid and active email addresses and phone numbers. The University will not be held responsible for any failure to receive information due to invalid email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.

It is important to note that candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years of age as of the time of picking up the admission will not be cleared for admission until the following session.

Candidates seeking admission to the programs at the College of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmacy must possess five (5) credits at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects. For other programs, candidates presenting two O/level results must have at least six (6) credits in relevant subjects.

The University of Ibadan does not accept IJMB and JUPEP but only WAEC, NECO, ICGS, Cambridge Advance Level, NCE, NRN, OND, HND, and degree certificates from recognized institutions for Direct Entry admission. Additionally, candidates are encouraged to review the list of matriculating subjects accepted in the university and the UTME combination and O/level requirements for their chosen courses.
