Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the UAES Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening, candidates must meet the following conditions:
- JAMB Score: Candidates must have participated in the 2024 JAMB Examination and scored at least 140.
- First Choice: UAES must be your first-choice institution, or you must have changed your institution to UAES via a JAMB CBT centre.
- O-Level Results: Candidates must have uploaded their O-level results to the JAMB portal and linked it to their National Identification Number (NIN). Candidates awaiting results must upload them as soon as they are available.
- Direct Entry (DE): Applicants must possess A-levels, IJMB, OND, HND, BSc, or their equivalents.

Screening Procedure
For the 2024/2025 academic session, the admission screening process will be conducted internally. There will be no written or computer-based Post-UTME tests.
Documents Required for Screening
Candidates must provide the following documents during the screening process:
- Two passport photographs (white background).
- Birth certificate from the National Population Commission.
- Age attestation from a parent or guardian.
- State or Local Government of Origin certificate.
- O-level result certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/CAMBRIDGE) in no more than two sittings.
- A-level, IJMB, OND, HND, or BSc results or transcripts for DE candidates.
- 2024 JAMB result with the correct subject combinations.
- Evidence of Change of Institution, if applicable.
- Proof of payment of N2,000 for the UAES Post-UTME form via Remita.
- Letter of sponsorship from a parent or guardian.
- One white office file.
