UNIUYO ACES Announces Updated Procedure for Payment and Confirmation of Departmental Dues; The Office of the Financial Secretary, Association of Computer Engineering Students (ACES), University of Uyo, has issued an important update regarding the payment and confirmation process for departmental dues.
According to the press release signed by Comr. Abasiama Inemesit, the conversion of bank tellers to official receipts has officially commenced. Students who made payments through the microfinance bank earlier today are advised to present their tellers for immediate conversion.
Payment Guidelines
The department reiterates that all departmental dues must now be paid exclusively into the official account provided by the association. The approved fee for departmental dues is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000).
Students are required to complete the official documentation form and upload their proof of payment to ensure proper records and issuance of receipts. The form is available at the link below:

Penalties for Backdated Tellers
- A ₦500 fine per session applies for converting previously unsubmitted tellers.
- Graduating students will pay ₦1,000 for the same process.
