UNIOSUN Post UTME & Direct Entry Form 2025/2026. Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has officially begun its Post UTME and Direct Entry admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you selected UNIOSUN as your first choice—or plan to—this guide walks you through everything you need to know.

Who’s Eligible?
- You must have scored 160 or above in the 2025 UTME and chosen UNIOSUN as your first choice.
- For competitive courses like Medicine, Nursing, Law, and Common & Islamic Law, the minimum UTME score is 200.
- If you didn’t score up to 200 but applied for any of these courses, you’ll need to change to a different programme.
- Applicants under 16 years old by 30th September 2025 are not eligible.
O’Level Result Requirements
- All candidates need at least five credit passes in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
- Two sittings are allowed except for Medicine, Nursing, and Law—these require all five credits in one sitting.
- If you’re awaiting results, upload them within one week of release.
Direct Entry Applicants
- Must apply through the same UNIOSUN admissions portal.
- You must already have a Direct Entry form from JAMB.
- Send your academic transcript to The Registrar, Osun State University on or before 3rd September 2025.
- You’ll need a minimum of Lower Credit or equivalent.
- This includes candidates using UNIOSUN’s IJMB or JUPEB qualifications.
No Room for False Info
- Any false detail or forged document leads to automatic disqualification, no refund, and may be reported to law enforcement.
- Stick to the truth—it saves you trouble.
How to Apply
- Go to admissions.uniosun.edu.ng
- Read the guidelines carefully.
- Fill the application form accurately.
- Pay the fees:
- ₦3,000 for portal access
- ₦2,000 for screening
- Use a MasterCard, Verve, or any Remita-enabled card to pay online.
- Submit the form and print two copies for your records.
Deadline: 12:00 noon on Friday, 19th September 2025. Don’t miss it.
Final Note
If you’re offered admission, be prepared for a medical screening, which includes drug testing.
