UNINIGER Admission List 2025/2026; The University on the Niger, Umunya, Anambra State, has released its Provisional Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session. All candidates who participated in the university’s admission screening exercise can now check their admission status online.
How to Check UNINIGER Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Follow the steps below to confirm your admission status:
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal via https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
- Log in with your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
- Click on “Check Admission Status.”
- Select “Access my CAPS.”
- Click on “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission.
Possible Responses on JAMB CAPS
- If admitted, your photo image and a congratulatory message will be displayed.
- If not yet admitted, you will see the message: “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”
Accepting or Rejecting Admission
- Candidates offered admission can respond by sending:
- ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to their JAMB profile.
- Those without access to their registered phone number should visit a JAMB-accredited centre to accept or reject their admission.
- Admission offers must be accepted within 4 weeks, otherwise the offer may lapse.
Printing Your Admission Letter
After accepting admission, candidates should print their JAMB Admission Letter, as it will be required for clearance and registration at the University on the Niger.
Important Note for Mobile Users
Some candidates using mobile phones may not see the Admission Status option on CAPS, as only the welcome page might display. To fix this:
- Use the Google Chrome browser.
- Enable Desktop Mode (click the Chrome options and select “Request Desktop Site”).
