Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the UNIMED Post-UTME 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- UTME Applicants
- Chose Ondo State University of Medical Sciences as first-choice institution and scored 150 or above in the 2025 UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially select UNIMED but wish to change it to their first choice are eligible.
- UTME Subject Combinations
- All courses (except specified science programmes) require:
English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. - For Computer Science, Chemistry, and Physics, the required combination is:
English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics.
- All courses (except specified science programmes) require:
- O’ Level Requirements
- Minimum of 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or GCE, obtained in one or two sittings, depending on department.
- For Medicine, Dentistry, and Physiotherapy, all 5 credits must be obtained in one sitting only.
- Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
- Must have selected UNIMED as first choice in 2025 Direct Entry registration.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications such as JUPEB, IJMB, A-Level (minimum 10 points), ND, HND, or Degree are eligible.
- Applicants must meet the O’ Level requirements for their chosen course.
- Transcript Requirement for DE Candidates
- DE candidates must request their official academic transcripts be sent to: The Registrar, University of Medical Sciences, Laje Road Campus, Medical Village, Ondo City, Ondo State.
And also email a copy to: transcripts@unimed.edu.ng - Applications without transcript submission will not be considered.

How to Apply for UNIMED Post-UTME 2025

Eligible candidates should follow the steps below:
- Visit www.unimed.edu.ng
- Click on “Admission”
- Select “Post-UTME Portal”
- Click “PAYMENT” to make payment using a valid Naira Debit Card.
- After successful payment, print your Payment Receipt.
- Return to the portal and click “Application Login”.
- Log in using your UTME/DE Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID to complete the registration form.
Important Notice:
Only make payments via the official UNIMED payment platform on the university website. Do not pay into any personal or unauthorized account.
Post-UTME Screening Date & Venue
- Dates: Tuesday 26th, Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th August 2025
- Venue: To be communicated via each candidate’s personal portal on the UNIMED website before the exam dates.
Documents Required at Screening Venue
All candidates must bring the following:
- JAMB 2025 UTME Notification of Results Slip or Direct Entry Registration Slip
- Printed copy of completed 2025 Post-UTME Screening Slip
