UNIMAID Teaching Hospital College of Nursing Sciences Admission form 2025/2026; The College of Nursing Sciences, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH), hereby announces the commencement of its 2025/2026 admission exercise, scheduled to run from 21st August to 4th September 2025.
Programme Overview
The programme is an uninterrupted ND/HND in General Nursing Sciences leading to the award of a Higher National Diploma (HND). It is fully approved by the Nursing Council of Nigeria (NCN) in collaboration with the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
- Duration: Four years (eight semesters).
Admission Requirements
- UTME Requirement:
- Candidates must have sat for the 2025 UTME and obtained a minimum score of 150.
- Applicants are to apply via the JAMB portal (Change of Institution/Course) and ensure that both O’Level and UTME results are properly uploaded and accepted.
- O’Level Requirement:
- Minimum of five credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (WAEC/NECO) in not more than two sittings.
- NABTEB and NBATS equivalents are acceptable.
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 16 years
- Maximum: 24 years
