UNILORIN Releases Procedure For Undergraduate Academic Transcript Request
- Make an online payment of ₦5,500 per transcript (subject to change) to the University of Ilorin via Remita. Click here to proceed with payment.
- Complete the transcript application form available here and submit it accordingly.
- For details regarding courier services, click here.
- Prior to submission, ensure that the following documents are attached:
- Payment receipt generated from Remita
- Photocopy of the applicant’s certificate
- Proof of payment to the courier agent
- Official academic transcripts can be sent upon request either via email to the designated official email address or through courier/NIPOST to an official address.
- Student copies of academic transcripts can be collected in person by the student or an authorized representative. Alternatively, they can be sent to a valid email address.
- When collecting on behalf of the student, an authorization letter and photocopy of identification must be provided.
Please Note:
The University aims to respond to your request within a maximum of two (2) weeks from the date of form submission. If this timeline is not achievable, you will receive updates on the progress.
