UNILAG Change of Course Form 2026/2027 for Supplementary Admission. The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has opened its 2026/2027 change of course application for UTME candidates who participated in the university’s Post-UTME screening but did not meet the cut-off mark for their preferred programme.

Who Can Apply for the UNILAG Change of Course?
The supplementary change of course exercise is open to 2026/2027 UTME candidates who participated in the UNILAG Post-UTME screening but did not meet the cut-off mark for their original programme.
To be considered, candidates must:
- Have participated in the UNILAG Post-UTME screening exercise.
- Have a minimum Post-UTME score of 12.
- Meet the JAMB subject and admission requirements for the new programme.
- Meet the required O’Level subjects and grades for the selected programme.
- Select only a programme listed as available for supplementary admission.
Meeting the minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee admission. Admission will depend on the university’s approved criteria and the number of available spaces.

How to Apply for UNILAG Change of Course
Candidates should complete the application online by following these steps:
- Visit the UNILAG change of course portal.
- Select “Prospective Student Login.”
- Enter your UTME registration number.
- Click “Login” to continue.
- Read the information displayed on the application page.
- Close the pop-up message after reading the instructions.
- Select the appropriate option to proceed.
- Choose your preferred programme from the available supplementary courses.
- Confirm that you meet the admission requirements for the selected programme.
- Complete the remaining application details.
- Carefully review the information entered.
- Submit the application.
- Keep your application details for future reference.
Important Rules for the UNILAG Supplementary Exercise
Candidates should carefully check the JAMB and O’Level requirements for their intended programme before submitting the application.
Only one application is allowed. Candidates who submit more than one application will be disqualified.
Candidates should also note that applying for a supplementary programme does not guarantee admission. The university will consider candidates based on its approved admission criteria and the available spaces in each programme.
Candidates who eventually receive admission through the supplementary exercise will be required to complete a JAMB Change of Course so that their JAMB admission record and admission letter reflect the programme approved by UNILAG.
