UNIJOS Post-UTME/DE Screening 2025/2026; The management of the University of Jos (UNIJOS) wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the institution for the 2025/2026 academic session that the online registration for the Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Exercise will run from 18th August 2025 to 30th September 2025.
This notice applies to candidates who:
- Chose UNIJOS as their first choice institution.
- Meet the required departmental cut-off marks.
- Uploaded their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS.
The screening exercise will be entirely online, and the timeline applies to all candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
- UTME Candidates must have a minimum score of 180 (see detailed departmental cut-off marks below).
- Direct Entry Candidates are eligible upon payment of the stipulated screening fee and completion of online registration.
- Only candidates who have uploaded their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS will be considered.
Registration Guide
Step 1: Create an Account
- Visit portal.unijos.edu.ng
- Click FORMS APPLICATION
- Select 2025 UTME/DE Screening
- Carefully read the pop-up message and close it
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Get Started
- Fill the sign-up form with your email, phone number, and password
- Submit and check your email for an activation link
- Open the email and click the activation link
Step 2: Pay the Screening Fee
- Return to portal.unijos.edu.ng and click LOGIN
- Enter your registered email and password
- On your dashboard, click Make Payment and follow the instructions
- Print both the portal receipt and the Remita receipt sent to your email
- Click Proceed and print your screening summary for reference
Important Notes for Candidates
- Only candidates who selected University of Jos as first choice will be uploaded on the portal.
- Confirm that you meet the departmental cut-off mark before registering. If not, apply for a change of course via JAMB CAPS.
- Upload your O’Level results on JAMB CAPS before registration.
- Candidates must accept their admission on JAMB CAPS within four weeks of release before it reflects on the UNIJOS portal.
- Failure to upload O’Level results or follow these guidelines may lead to delays or exclusion from admission.
