UNIBEN Issues Urgent Notice to Students Allocated Hostel Bed Spaces for 2025/2026 Session; The University of Benin (UNIBEN), through the Dean of Students, Professor Frederick Osaro Ekhaise, has issued an urgent notice to students who have been allocated hostel bed spaces for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the notice, all students who have received hostel allocations are strongly advised to accept and pay for their assigned bed spaces promptly to avoid forfeiture.
The university has clearly stated that any hostel allocation not paid for on or before Thursday, 8th January 2026, will be withdrawn. Unpaid bed spaces will be retrieved and reassigned accordingly.
Affected students are therefore urged to take immediate action to secure their accommodation ahead of the upcoming academic session.
