Admission Requirements
Applicants must satisfy one of the following routes:
O’Level Route
- Minimum of five credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
- From WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Maximum of two sittings
A-Level Route
- Two A-Level passes
- Plus at least two O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects
Direct Entry Route
- Minimum of four O’Level credit passes including English and Mathematics
- Plus one of the following:
- Two A-Level passes
- National Diploma (Upper Credit)
- IJMB with at least 10 points
- Five relevant O’Level credits
Study Duration and Format
- Programmes run for 4 to 5 years, depending on your entry qualification
- Lectures hold only on weekends, physically on UNIABUJA’s campus
- Ideal for those balancing full-time work, entrepreneurship, or other commitments
How to Apply
Step 1: Apply via JAMB
- Visit a JAMB CBT centre and apply under UNIABUJA Part-Time
- This generates your JAMB registration number
- You must appear on the CAPS dashboard of the university
Step 2: Proceed to UNIABUJA CDL&CE Portal
- Visit: cdlce.uniabuja.edu.ng
- Click “CLICK HERE TO APPLY” to view instructions
- Choose the “Face-to-Face” mode
- Click “APPLY” to begin the application
- Create an account and fill in your details
Step 3: Payment
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
- Pay ₦20,000 application fee
- Payment can be made online or at any Nigerian bank
- Bank charges apply
Step 4: Complete Your Application
- After successful payment, an application number will be created
- Use your surname and application number to log in
- Complete and submit the remaining parts of the form
Application Fee
- ₦20,000 only (exclusive of bank charges)
- Payment is non-refundable and must be made in full
