UDUTH Sales of Admission Forms into Basic Midwifery for 2024/2025; Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Basic Midwifery Programme at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Five (5) Credits in not more than two (2) sittings in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Acceptable examination bodies: WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
Application Procedures

- Payment of Application Fee:
- Pay a non-refundable fee of ₦7,000 through Remita.
- Visit www.remita.net and select Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto from the MDA menu.
- Choose UDUTH School of Midwifery under the service and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for the payment.
- Receipt Collection:
- Present your Remita payment receipt to the SOM-UDUTH Cashier to collect a cashier receipt.
- Obtain your Serial Number and PIN from the cashier.
- Application Form Submission:
- Visit SPBM UDUTH Basic Midwifery Portal
- Use the Serial Number and PIN to access the form.
- Fill in your information accurately and submit after acknowledgment.
- Entrance Examination:
- Print a clear colored copy of your application form and bring it to the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
