UDUTH Releases 2023/2024 Community Health Admission Form; For the 2023–2024 academic year, the selling of CHO Application forms for admission into the School of Community Health, Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, will begin on February 1 and expire on July 28, 2023.
The cost of the form is five thousand (N5,000) for the CHO 2 year and ten thousand (N10,000) for the CHO I year.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
The following category of candidates is eligible for admission.
• Holders of a Diploma in Community Health or Community Health Extension Workers (CHO 2 year) with (a Bsc) in Community Health or a Health-related course will be admitted into CHO I year
• possess a community health diploma or work as a community health extension worker (CHEW) Candidates holding the aforementioned certifications MUST have earned five (5) credit level passes in English, mathematics, biology/health science, chemistry, and physics in NECO, WAEC, OR NABTEB, not more than twice. Additionally, candidates MUST hold a current Nigerian Community Health Practitioners Registration Board license in order to practice.
The form is available after generating Remita (RRR) and payment of is Five Thousand (N5,000) naira only for CHO 2 years and (10,000) naira only for CHO 1 year to any Bank Into SOCH ACCOUNT. A receipt is attainable from the School Accountant at the cash office in the administrative block.
The entrance Examination is scheduled to hold on AUGUST 2023
