UCH Occupational Health Nursing Course Form 2025/2026. The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, has announced the commencement of applications for its Post-Basic Occupational Health Nursing Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. This programme is designed for registered nurses who wish to specialise in occupational and workplace health and advance their professional careers.


About the Programme

The Occupational Health Nursing programme at UCH prepares nurses for specialised roles in workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing. It is suited for professionals ready to expand their clinical scope and take on responsibilities in occupational health settings across industries and institutions.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current practising licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN)
  • Possess five (5) credit passes in O’Level examinations, including:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Physics
    • Chemistry
    • Biology
  • O’Level results must be obtained in not more than two sittings
  • Acceptable examination bodies include WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB

How to Apply

Applicants are advised to follow the application steps carefully, as errors or omissions may delay processing.

  1. Visit the UCH application portal
  2. Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦20,000 via the Remita platform into the UCH TSA Account (School of Occupational Health Nursing)
  3. Take the Remita payment slip to the UCH Accounts Department to obtain an official receipt
  4. Download the Applicant User Guide from the portal, follow the instructions, and complete the online application
  5. Print two copies of the completed application form and the Photocard
  6. Submit both documents to the School of Occupational Health Nursing for validation
  7. Pay an additional ₦200 to the Oyo State Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee using the details below:
    • Bank: First Bank
    • Account Number: 2019704292

  • There is no fixed closing date yet, but early application is strongly advised
