UCH Ibadan Post UTME Form 2025/2026/ND Full-Time; Are you interested in building a career in the health records and information field? The University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan is now accepting applications for the National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This is a two-year non-residential programme set to begin in September 2025. If you’re aiming for a future in health data, this could be your first major step.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the ND programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Score 150 or above in the 2025 UTME
- Have at least five (5) O’Level credits in no more than two sittings in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
How to Apply
The application process officially opens on Monday, 28 April 2025 through the UCH Schools Portal. Follow these steps to ensure your application is complete:
- Visit the UCH Schools Portal and click on REMITA PAYMENT
- Make your application fee payment
- Sign up using your RRR number, email, and password
- Log in to the portal
- Download and carefully read the Applicants User Guide
- Fill in your personal and academic details accurately
- Complete the form and print two (2) copies of:
- The completed application form
- Your photocard
- Bring both printed copies to the examination centre on the day of your test
In addition to the online application, you are also required to make a separate ₦500 payment to the Health Information Managers Association of Nigeria:

Screening and Interview Process

Once your application is submitted, keep an eye on your email for the screening invitation. Selected applicants will also be notified via text message and through updates on the school’s official website.
The screening will include a Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Biology
Applicants who pass the CBT may be invited for an oral interview as the next stage in the selection process.
