UBTH College of Nursing ND/HND Admission Form 2025/2026. The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) College of Nursing Sciences has officially opened applications for its National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year.

  • HND in Nursing (2 years)

Both are full-time and fully accredited by relevant bodies.


Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, candidates must:

  • Be at least 17 years old by the time of application
  • Score 180 or above in the 2025 UTME
  • Hold five (5) O’Level credits in:
    • English Language
    • Mathematics
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Physics
  • Results must be from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE, and obtained in no more than two sittings
  • Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS

📌 Failure to upload your result to CAPS automatically disqualifies your application.


How to Apply

Step 1: Change Institution

Go to any JAMB-accredited CBT centre and change your institution to:

College of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

You’ll need the following:

  • Birth certificate or sworn declaration of age
  • Recent passport photo
  • Valid O’Level result (matching the required subjects)

Step 3: Register Online

  • Visit the UBTH College of Nursing application portal
  • Pay the non-refundable application fee via the REMITA platform (follow instructions on the portal)
  • Upload your payment receipt and complete the application form online

Key Dates to Remember

  • Application deadline: Thursday, 19 September 2025
  • Post-UTME screening date: Saturday, 26 September 2025
