UAES Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2025/2026; The University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences (UAES), Umuagwo, Imo State, wishes to inform the general public that registration for the 2025/2026 Academic Session Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) Screening Exercise has commenced.
Eligibility Criteria
- UTME Candidates
- Must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
- Must have chosen UAES, Umuagwo as their first-choice institution.
- Change of Institution Candidates
- Candidates who did not initially choose UAES but wish to study in the university may also apply.
- Such candidates MUST effect a Change of Institution/Course to UAES on the JAMB Portal before the cut-off date.
- Direct Entry Candidates
- DE candidates must also change to UAES on JAMB CAPS if they did not initially select it as their first choice.
- O’Level/Direct Entry Result Upload
- All candidates must ensure their O’Level or A’Level/Direct Entry results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS on or before Friday, 10th August 2025.
- Any application without result upload will not be processed.

Additional Information
- Candidates should be guided by the UTME and O’Level subject requirements available on the University website: https://portal.uaes.edu.ng/students/newapplicant.
- After the cut-off date for admission, the JAMB CAPS portal for changing institutions/courses to UAES will no longer be accessible.
- Candidates must use active GSM numbers for communication during registration.
- Any false information discovered during screening will lead to automatic disqualification.
Mode of Screening
The 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening will be conducted via internal screening of candidates’ results. There will be no written Post-UTME examination.
Registration & Payment Procedure
Eligible candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only).
Follow the steps below to register:
- Visit the official portal: https://portal.uaes.edu.ng/students/newapplicant.
- Click on “2025/2026 UTME Admission Screening” or “2025/2026 Direct Entry Admission Screening”.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
- Proceed to any bank to make payment using your RRR Number.
- Return to the application page, enter your JAMB Registration Number again, and complete the online application form.
- Submit the application and print out the acknowledgement slip for reference.
Important Dates
- Result Upload Deadline: Friday, 10th August 2025
- Applications without O’Level or Direct Entry result upload on JAMB CAPS will not be processed.
