Application forms for the Community Nursing programme are available online from 21 July to 31 August 2025. The programme is tailored for individuals committed to improving healthcare delivery at the grassroots level in Taraba State.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for admission, applicants must:
- Be an indigene of Taraba State
- Possess at least three credits in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Must include English Language and Biology
- Must have a credit in either Physics or Chemistry
- Results must be from no more than two sittings
- NABTEB results must not be combined with WAEC or NECO

- Log in to your dashboard
- Pay the application fee of ₦10,000 using your ATM card
- Carefully fill the online form and review all information before submitting
- Ensure you use an O’level result-checking PIN that has not been used more than three times
After submission, print the following:

- Completed application form
- Acknowledgement letter
