This was revealed in a JAMB bulletin published on the JAMB website.

The number of registered 2023 UTME candidates in each state has been announced by JAMB
According to JAMB statistics on 2023 UTME registration data, Lagos has the most registered candidates, followed by Oyo State. Both had 270,573 and 94,911 candidates registered, respectively.
According to the statistics, Borno and Taraba states have the fewest registered candidates, with 16,793 and 16,687, respectively.
