Nomination Requirement

- Only candidates from TIPP-eligible countries/territories can be nominated.
Professional and Academic Background
- Preference is given to candidates:
- Working in the government sector, or
- Employed in roles directly related to the course applied for
- Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree, and/or
- Relevant professional experience related to the proposed field of study
Language Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate a good command of English
- If English is not the applicant’s first language, and their Bachelor’s degree was not taught in English, they must provide a valid English proficiency test result (e.g., IELTS or TOEFL), in line with university requirements
- English test results must be no older than two years at the time of admission
Age and Health Conditions
- Applicants must be 45 years old or below
- Applicants must be in good physical and mental health
- Pregnant candidates are not eligible for the scholarship

Selection and Interview Process

Step 1: Online Application
Applicants must complete the online application form via the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) platform:

Step 2: Nomination by National Authority
- Applicants cannot apply independently
- Nomination must come from:

- The National Focal Point forwards completed applications to:
