TASUED Full Guidelines and Documentation Requirements for 2025/2026 Admission Clearance; The Admissions Office of Tai Solarin Federal University of Education (TASFUED), Ijagun, has released the official guidelines and required documents for the 2025/2026 admission registration and clearance exercise. All newly admitted UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to present a complete set of documents to successfully undergo clearance.
According to the university, candidates must provide their original Clearance Certificate duly signed and stamped by their Head of Department, as well as their official JAMB Admission Letter issued specifically for TASFUED. Direct Entry (DE) applicants are also expected to present the JAMB admission letters for the qualifications—such as OND, NCE, or HND—that were used to secure their admission.
Mandatory Registration and Clearance Documents
TASFUED outlined the full list of documents required for the 2025/2026 clearance process as follows:
- 2025/2026 UTME/DE application biodata form
- Application form receipt
- JAMB result slip or Direct Entry acknowledgement slip
- Acceptance fee and school fee receipts
- Verified O’level results
- Transition documents for JUPEB or Pre-Degree students (where applicable)
The university further clarified that only Notification of Results obtained from 2022 onward are acceptable for Direct Entry admissions. DE candidates must also present certificates for higher qualifications acquired in 2021 or earlier.
Additional Documents Required
Other documents needed for the clearance exercise include:
- NCE/OND results and transcripts
- Evidence of change of name (if applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate issued by the TASFUED Clinic
- Birth certificate or age declaration
- Confirmed 2025 Ogun State Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate of the parent or sponsor listed on the student’s registration form
The institution emphasized that candidates must not use agents to obtain the tax clearance but should visit the Ijebu-Ode or Odogbolu Tax Office directly.
Further Clearance Requirements
Candidates are also expected to provide:
- Reference letter from a civil servant of at least Grade Level 12
- Acceptance form
- Matriculation oath
- Secondary school testimonial
- Certificate of origin
- Orientation certificate
