Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Techno-Economic Modelling Undergraduate Scholarship, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled full-time in your final year of Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering), including combined degrees, within the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney.
  • Be enrolled in CHNG5603: Advanced Industrial Modelling and Analysis.
  • Have achieved a minimum Semester Average Mark (SAM) of 65 in your previous semester.

Selection Criteria:

The scholarship will be awarded based on:

  1. Academic Merit:
    • Demonstrated academic excellence.
  2. Programming Experience:
    • Proficiency in programming, especially in Python for implementing simulations, including deep learning simulation and data analysis.
  3. Personal Statement:
    • Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the environmental sector, with a good understanding of the environmental market.

The Head of School of the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, or their nominated delegates, will award the scholarship.
