Post-UTME Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for CCU’s Post-UTME:
- O’Level Requirements: Minimum of 5 Credits in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics (except Political Science, which accepts D7 in Mathematics).
- JAMB Score: 180 and above for Nursing; 140 and above for other courses in Natural and Applied Sciences, Education, and Arts, Social and Management Sciences.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply for CCU’s Post-UTME:
Step 1: Change Your Institution
- Select Coal City University as your first choice on the JAMB UTME. If CCU was not initially selected, visit a Computer Based Testing (CBT) centre or any JAMB Office for the change. Note: This cannot be done at a cyber cafe.
Step 2: Upload O’Level Results
- Ensure your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Portal at a CBT Centre or JAMB Office. Use the JAMB CAPS MOBILE app to monitor your admission process.
Step 3: Print Original JAMB Result
Step 4: Apply to CCU
- Visit the CCU Portal, click on “Apply for a Degree Programme,” and generate an invoice for the application fee of NGN 2,000. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and complete the application.
Step 5: Print Application Form
- After submitting your application, print out the completed form.
Step 6: Accept and Print Admission Letter
- Upon admission, accept the offer and print your admission letter from the portal.
