Entry Requirement:
1. Five (5) Credits in the following subjects: English language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, and GCE.
2. FOR POST-BASIC, the applicant MUST HAVE COMPLETED BASIC MIDWIFERY AND REGISTERED WITH THE NURSING AND MIDWIFERY COUNCIL OF NIGERIA HAVING QUALIFIED LICENSE TO PRACTICE.
NOTE: Completed forms should be submitted to the school examination office on or before 22ND MARCH, 2023.
