Candidates are required to pay an interview fee of ₦5000 to any of the following account numbers:

Requirements
- JAMB Qualification: You must have written the 2023 JAMB. This screening is specifically for those who took the 2023 JAMB, not 2024.
- Educational Background: You must be a science student with 5 O’level credit passes in English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
- JAMB Subject Combination: Your JAMB combination must include English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
- Institution Change: You are expected to change your institution to the College of Nursing and Midwifery, Iyienu, Ogidi.
Documents to Bring
- SSCE Result: (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB GCE) and secondary school testimonial.
- JAMB Slip and Result: Ensure you bring the printed copies.
- Payment Evidence: Bring proof of payment made to any of the aforementioned banks.
