RSUST notice on acceptance fee payment and clearance 2025/2026; The management of Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt, has officially released the provisional admission list of successful candidates on merit for the 2025/2026 academic session.
All candidates who participated in the Post-UTME screening exercise are hereby advised to check their admission status.
Acceptance Fee Payment Guidelines
Candidates who have been offered admission are expected to:
- Log onto the University website: www.rsu.edu.ng.
- Generate a transaction ID for the payment of the Acceptance Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (₦50,000) only.
- Proceed to any designated bank and make payment using the Pay Direct Bank Branch option, or pay online with Interswitch Verve-enabled cards.
- After payment, candidates must complete the online clearance before proceeding to pay their school fees.
Clearance Exercise for Fresh Students
Admitted candidates are required to come along with the following credentials for their clearance exercise:
- Admission Letter from JAMB
- Original JAMB Result
- Accepted Admission Status printout from JAMB CAPS
- Original O’level Certificates
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Area (LGA) Identification Letter
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
Important Notice
- All preliminary payments must be made within two (2) weeks from the date of publication.
- Failure to accept the admission offer and complete the acceptance process within the stipulated period will lead to the forfeiture of the admission offer permanently.
