Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the QECS, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of a Commonwealth country or hold refugee status in a Commonwealth country.
- Apply to study in a Commonwealth country other than their home country or country of citizenship.
- Have completed a Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) equivalent.
- Provide a final transcript and degree certificate.
Note: There is no upper age limit for eligibility.
