PUMS Post UTME Form 2026/2027. PAMO University of Medical Sciences (PUMS) has opened applications for admission into its full-time undergraduate degree programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The university is inviting eligible UTME candidates to apply for its Post-UTME screening exercise. Applicants must meet the required UTME score, O’Level requirements and first-choice institution condition.

For most PUMS programmes, candidates need a minimum 2026 UTME score of 170, while candidates seeking Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) must score at least 220.

The PUMS Post-UTME application fee is ₦10,000, and the application deadline is Friday, 2 October 2026. The date for the mandatory Post-UTME screening exercise will be announced by the university later.

How to Apply for PUMS Post UTME 2026/2027

Candidates should begin their application through the PAMO University of Medical Sciences website.

Applicants can click “Apply online” under the Admissions menu or go directly to the PUMS online registration portal.

The application process is as follows:

  1. Open the PUMS registration portal.
  2. Enter your JAMB registration number.
  3. Click “Check Eligibility.”
  4. Complete the application form after your JAMB number has been successfully checked.
  5. Enter the required information carefully.
  6. Upload the required supporting documents.
  7. Complete the ₦10,000 application payment and upload evidence of payment.
  8. Review your application and make the final submission.
  9. Print your clearance form and keep it safe.

Candidates should carefully check every detail before submitting the form because incorrect information may affect their application record.

PUMS Application Deadline

The deadline for the 2026/2027 PUMS Post-UTME application is:

Friday, 2 October 2026.

Candidates who intend to apply should complete their registration before the deadline.

Who Can Apply for PUMS Post UTME?

PUMS requires applicants to have sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and selected PUMS as their first-choice institution.

Candidates who did not initially select PUMS as their first choice may still qualify to participate in the screening exercise by changing their first-choice institution to PUMS through the JAMB portal.

PUMS also accepts candidates who are awaiting their SSCE results or an equivalent result for registration.

PUMS Admission Requirements

UTME candidates must have at least five credit passes in SSCE or an equivalent examination.

The required subjects are:

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • English Language
  • Mathematics

The five required credits must be obtained at not more than two sittings.

Applicants must also upload their WASSCE, NECO or equivalent results on JAMB CAPS.

Minimum UTME Score

For most PUMS undergraduate programmes, candidates must score at least 170 in the 2026 UTME.

Candidates applying for Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) must score at least 220 in the 2026 UTME, in addition to meeting the required O’Level subject requirements.

PUMS Direct Entry and International Applicants

The supplied admission notice specifically sets out the UTME requirements for the undergraduate screening exercise.

For international applicants, PUMS states that applicants should follow the JAMB-approved provisions for admission into Nigerian universities.

International candidates should therefore comply with the applicable JAMB-approved admission process when applying.

Documents Required for PUMS Post UTME Application

Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their original documents during the online application.

Applicants should prepare the following documents before beginning the registration:

  • O’Level result, WASSCE or NECO, if available
  • Birth certificate or age affidavit
  • Local government of origin
  • Letter of attestation or reference

Candidates awaiting their SSCE results or an equivalent result should follow the university’s instructions concerning awaiting results during registration.

PUMS Post UTME Application Fee

The PUMS Post-UTME application fee is ₦10,000.

To make payment, candidates should select “Make Payment” on the application portal and copy the bank account number displayed on the portal.

Payment can be made through bank transfer or direct bank deposit.

After making the payment, candidates must upload their evidence of payment to the portal before completing the final submission.

PUMS Post UTME Screening Date

PUMS has stated that candidates should prepare for a mandatory Post-UTME screening exercise.

However, the university has not yet announced the screening date.

Candidates should therefore complete their online applications before the deadline, print and keep their clearance forms, and monitor PUMS for the announcement of the screening date.

Important Points for PUMS Applicants

Before submitting the application, candidates should confirm the following:

  • You sat for the 2026 UTME.
  • You selected PUMS as your first choice, or have changed your first choice to PUMS through JAMB.
  • You scored at least 170 for most programmes or 220 for MBBS.
