PTI HND Admission Form 2025/2026 Now Open for Full-Time Programmes. The Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Effurun, is now accepting applications for admission into its Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

- Petroleum Engineering Technology
- Mineral & Petroleum Resources Engineering Technology
- Options: Mining, Geological Engineering
- Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology
- Industrial Safety & Environmental Technology
- Options: Safety Technology, Environmental Technology
- Petroleum & Gas Processing Engineering
- Options: Petrochemical, Gas Processing, Refining

- Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the HND programme, you must:
- Hold a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline
- Possess five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics
- Register on the NBTE admission portal before applying on PTI’s website
How to Apply: PTI HND Admission Form 2025/2026 Now Open for Full-Time Programmes
- Visit the official PTI Website
- Click on the Programmes Menu, then select Higher National Diploma, and click Apply Here
- On the sign-on page, fill in your details and click Sign Up
- Generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code and make a payment of ₦15,000 at any commercial bank
- Return to the PTI portal
- Click Applicant Login, enter your username and password
- Complete and submit the application form
- Print a copy and bring it with you on your interview day
Late applications attract a ₦20,000 fee and are accepted from 21st to 24th August 2025

- Venue: PTI Campus, Effurun, Delta State
- Transcript Submission Deadline: 25th August 2025 (by courier only)
- Bring along your application printout and proof of transcript processing
