Plateau State College Of Health Technology Zawan Admission Form 2023/2024; The general public is hereby notified that the sale of admission forms for the Plateau State College of Health Technology, Zawan’s various programs (courses) for the 2023/2024 Academic Session will begin on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

Interested applicants should get an RRR number (Remita Retrieval Reference number) from the College ICT Unit and proceed to any commercial bank for payment before returning to the College ICT Unit to complete the online form.
The forms are available from the college’s ICT Center following payment of N7,000.00 for HND and N 5,000.00 only for other courses.
Completed application forms with photocopies of credentials must be sent to the Admission Administrator’s office on or before July 31, 2023.
NOTE
Candidates for admission in ND, Community Health, ND, Environmental Health and ND, Health Information Management programs need not Purchase the College forms as admissions are strictly through JAMB (UTME)
