PLASU Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening 2025/2026; The management of Plateau State University (PLASU), Bokkos, wishes to inform all candidates who applied for admission into its undergraduate programmes through JAMB UTME or Direct Entry (DE) that the online screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence from Monday, 4th August, 2025 to Sunday, 7th September, 2025.
Below are the complete details on eligibility, cut-off marks, and the step-by-step registration process.

Eligibility Criteria
UTME Candidates
- Must have selected Plateau State University, Bokkos as First Choice Institution.
- Must have scored 160 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- Candidates are advised to confirm the specific departmental cut-off mark for their chosen course, as some programmes require higher scores.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
- Must have chosen PLASU as First Choice in the 2025 JAMB DE application.
- Must possess any of the following qualifications:
- First Degree
- Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least Lower Credit
- National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with at least a Merit
- IJMB or JUPEP with a minimum of 6 points
Online Registration Guidelines (UTME & DE Candidates)
All candidates must complete the screening process online by following these steps:
- Visit the PLASU Post-UTME portal: https://postutme.plasu.edu.ng/apply
OR go to the official website: https://www.plasu.edu.ng and click “Post-UTME” at the top-right corner. - Click on “Apply Here” to begin registration.
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number for verification.
- Provide your basic information including:
- Valid phone number
- Active email address
- Password (create and confirm)
- Mode of entry (UTME or DE)
- Chosen programme of study
- A confirmation link will be sent to your email.
Click the link to verify and login. - Click on “Click to make payment” to generate your RRR.
- Click “Proceed to Payment” and select a payment method.
- Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000, excluding Remita and VAT charges.
- Upload a recent passport photo and formal signature (Max. file size: 150KB; Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG).
- Submit your O’Level results:
- Enter five relevant subjects with grades.
- Results must not be from more than two sittings.
- Provide valid scratch card details for online verification.
- For Direct Entry candidates, also upload:
- Name of institution
- Qualification obtained
- Discipline and grade
- Fill in other required information:
- Next of Kin
- Parent/Guardian details
- Personal data
- Residential address
- Upload necessary documents:
- O’Level results
- Indigene Certificate/Form
- Birth Certificate
- Carefully review all submitted information.
- Click “Submit” and print out your application slip for reference.
Important Notes
- Admission is strictly based on correct and verifiable information. Any candidate discovered to have submitted false details will be disqualified and may be prosecuted.
- All candidates must upload their O’Level and/or ‘A’ Level results on the JAMB portal. Failure to do this may lead to disqualification from admission consideration.
