Eligibility Criteria

  1. Indigenes: Must be from Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross-river, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers).
  2. JAMB: Only 2024 JAMB results will be accepted.
  3. Education Level: Only new entrants into 100 level are eligible for Undergraduate and Master’s Degree Programs.
  4. Results: Must use JAMB (2024/2025) and O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, or both).
  5. Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum average CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0.
  6. Conduct: No involvement in misconduct or contravention of PAP regulations.

Required Documents

Undergraduate Studies:

  • O’Level (WAEC/NECO) with minimum 5 Credits including English and Mathematics
  • 2024/2025 JAMB Result
  • Local Government (L.G.A.) Letter of Identification

Postgraduate Studies:

  • All documents listed for undergraduate studies
  • Statement of Result or Degree Certificate
  • Transcript of First Degree
  • NYSC Certificate

  2. Deadline: Applications close on July 19, 2024.
