OSPOHAS Post-UTME Form for 2025/2026 ND Admission Now Available. Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences (OSPOHAS), Ilese-Ijebu, has opened its Post-UTME application portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. If you’re interested in pursuing a National Diploma (ND) in health, science, or technology-related fields, this is your opportunity to apply.

Applications are open to eligible candidates who scored 120 or above in the 2025 UTME. The screening will take place on Monday, 25 August 2025, and the deadline for online applications is Sunday, 17 August 2025.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have scored 120 or above in the 2025 UTME
  • Choose OSPOHAS as your first choice institution
  • Or be willing to process a Change of Institution to OSPOHAS through any accredited JAMB CBT centre
  • Be at least 16 years old by 30 September 2025

How to Apply

  • Application Fee: ₦2,000
  • Apply through the official OSPOHAS portal only (no POS or cash payment allowed)
  • Visit the OSPOHAS Post-UTME Portal (insert actual link here)
  • Complete your application before Sunday, 17 August 2025

The Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be held on Monday, 25 August 2025. All payments and registration must be completed online via the school portal — no manual or in-person transactions will be accepted.


Note: Make sure your UTME details are accurate before applying. This screening is strictly for National Diploma (ND) Full-Time applicants.
