Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has provided crucial instructions for candidates applying for the 2024/2025 post-UTME screening. Follow these steps carefully to ensure your eligibility:
Key Steps for OOU 2024/2025 Post-UTME Screening:
- O’Level Results Upload:
- If you haven’t uploaded your O’Level results yet, you must do so at the nearest JAMB CBT centre.
- Deadline: Ensure this is done by Tuesday, 10th September 2024.
- Complete Your Registration:
- If your O’Level results have been uploaded, proceed to complete your registration.
- After completing your registration, print your “Exam Pass.”
- Important Reminder:
- Failure to upload your O’Level results or complete your registration will prevent you from obtaining the “Exam Pass.”
- Without the “Exam Pass,” you will not be allowed to participate in the 2024/2025 screening, and you will not be considered for admission.

Eligibility and Criteria
UTME Candidates:
- Candidates who chose the University with a minimum score of 160 in the 2024/2025 UTME.
- Candidates who did not choose the University but have a minimum score of 160 in the 2024/2025 UTME and are willing to change to the University as their first choice BEFORE the PUTME screening. (Candidates will not be able to commence with PUTME registration without this).
- Candidates who have duly uploaded their WASCE/NECO O’Level Results on the JAMB CAPS.
- Foreign candidates and candidates with disabilities are EXEMPTED from the PUTME screening.
Direct Entry Candidates:
- Candidates with “A” Level OND/HND/NCE/A’LEVEL/JUPEB Results/Certificate or First Degree who applied for Direct Entry Admission through JAMB into the University.
- Candidates with a Diploma certificate from the University who applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into the University and have duly uploaded their credentials including their O’Level Results on the JAMB CAPS.
- Candidates with a Diploma from other approved institutions with a minimum of Upper Credit who applied through JAMB for Direct Entry admission into the University.

Mode of Payment
Each eligible candidate will pay the sum of ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only for the Screening exercise and administrative charges. Candidates are expected to create a profile and pay online through the school portal http://portal.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/application/apply.php and thereafter generate a payment receipt.
Note: Candidates will not be able to commence with PUTME registration without this.
Mode of Registration
- Visit the University Registration Website: http://portal.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/application/apply.php and supply your JAMB registration number to continue with your registration. After completing the registration form online, print out the OOU PUTME Screening Pass one (1) week before the screening date.
- Each candidate should bring along the following to the venue of the screening:
