Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu Post-UTME Screening, applicants must meet the following criteria:
a) Applicants must have chosen the institution as their first choice in the 2023 JAMB UTME and scored 120 and above.
b) Interested applicants who scored 120 and above and are willing to study any of the listed courses (Dental Therapy, Dental Technology, Environmental Technology, Health Information Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, Paramedics Technology, and Psycho-Social Rehabilitation) must first apply for a change of institution at any JAMB CBT center and make Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences (OSPOHAS) formally OSCOHTECH their first choice.
Mode of Application:
Applicants who have a current JAMB score of 120 and above should follow the steps below to apply for the Post-UTME Screening:
- Obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form for a fee of #2,000 only through the portal address: https://my.oscohtechilese.edu.ng/admission/pros/dashboard.php?subsch=1. Please note that payment for the application form is available via the web only, and POS transactions/processing are not accepted.
- Complete the online application form with the required information.
- Submit the application form before the end of August, 2023.
