OAUTHC 2025/2026 Post-UTME Form for ND/HND Nursing Admission. The Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex (OAUTHC) is now accepting applications for ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences, with campuses located in Ile-Ife and Ilesa.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Score 180 or above in the 2025 UTME
- Be at least 16 years old by January 2025
- Have five (5) O-Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
- Do not combine NABTEB with WAEC or NECO; only one examination body is allowed for combined results
- Choose OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences (Ife or Ilesa) as first-choice institution
- Have written the UTME with the following subject combination:
- English Language
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
Candidates who did not originally choose OAUTHC can still apply by changing their institution to OAUTHC through the JAMB portal.
Campus Placement
Successful applicants will be posted to either of the following campuses:
- Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife
- Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa
Final placement is determined by the college administration.
Application Process
- Visit the official OAUTHC Application Portal
- Fill out the online application form
- Make a non-refundable payment of ₦15,000, broken down as follows:
- ₦2,000 for Post-UTME screening
- ₦13,000 for portal access and related services
All payments must be made via Remita into the College’s designated account.
The application fee covers:
- Portal registration
- Screening details
- Admission status checking
- Admission letter printing
Note: You must also upload your O-Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal to be considered for admission.
Post-UTME Screening Test
- Type: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Dates: Tuesday, 26 August and Wednesday, 27 August 2025
- Venue: Conducted by the OAUTHC Nursing and Midwifery Entrance Committee
Application Deadline
- Closing Date: Friday, 15 August 2025
