OAU announces 2024/2025 Pre-Degree Admission; Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Pre-Degree Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Eligibility:
Eligible candidates must possess a minimum of 5 Credits in 5 subjects at a maximum of two sittings, including:
- English Language (for ALL courses)
- Mathematics (for Science-based and Social Science-based courses)
- Literature-in-English (for Law)
Duration:
The programme typically runs for two (2) contact periods within nine (9) calendar months.

Candidates should note that the listed subject combinations meet the requirements (as applicable) for admission into all degree programmes at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
General Information:
- The Pre-Degree entrance exam will be computer-based. Applicants are advised to familiarise themselves with basic computer use.
- Applicants should check the OAU website regularly for the actual date of the entrance exam and other relevant information.
- All candidates must register for the 2023 UTME during the programme.
- Candidates must use valid email addresses and personal telephone numbers.
- Forms must be filled and submitted online within two weeks of accessing the website. No downloaded or printed copies of forms will be accepted.
- The Pre-Degree entrance exam will be held at the Ile-Ife Centre and a centre in Ikeja, Lagos State.
- Candidates should follow the application instructions carefully and select the correct subject combination. Incorrect selection may adversely affect the candidate.
