NYSC Instructs ABU To Return All Unclaimed Certificates; This is to inform Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria graduates who did not collect their NYSC Exemption Certificates that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has directed that all Corps producing institutions return all unclaimed certificates from inception to date to the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters in Abuja on or before March 15, 2023.
Given the foregoing, concerned graduates are encouraged to acquire their Exemption Certificates no later than Friday, March 10, 2023, in Room 122, NYSC Mobilization Office, First Floor, Senate Building. Graduates must provide authentic copies of their Degree Certificates or Statement of Results, as well as their National Identification Card or another form of identification (National Drivers License, Permanent Voters Card, International Passport) in order to acquire their NYSC Exemption Certificates.
Beginning with the next batch of Exemption Certificates to be delivered to Corps-producing institutions, all unclaimed Certificates shall henceforth be returned to NYSC within six (6) months of receipt from the Scheme. Also, it should be noted that the collection of Exemption Certificates by proxy will not be entertained.
