NYSC Gets New Acting Director General; Following the dismissal of Brigadier General M.K. Fatah, the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced the appointment of Mrs. Christy Uba as the new Acting Director-General of the program.

NYSC Director, Press and Public Relations, Eddy Megwa who confirmed the appointment in a statement said that Uba was appointed to the position being the most senior director in the scheme.
Mrs. Uba will hold the position till a substantive director general is appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The statement read;
The most senior director in the scheme, Mrs. Christy Uba, Director of Information and Communications Technology, has taken over the leadership of the Corps in the capacity of Overseer, pending the appointment of a substantive Director General by Mr. President, following President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR’s removal of Brigadier General Muhammad Kaku Fadah as Director General, National Youth Service Corps.
