NYSC Announces Passing-Out Date for 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream; The Management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has approved Thursday, 6th November 2025, as the official date for the Passing-Out Ceremony of the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Corps Members.
According to the circular released by the Scheme, the event will be conducted in a low-key manner across all states and the Federal Capital Territory.
Programme of Activities
The Passing-Out activities will commence with Job Advisory and Counselling (JAC) sessions for Corps Members at the various Local Government Areas nationwide.
This will be followed by the signing of final clearance letters by Zonal Inspectors and the issuance of discharge certificates to the outgoing Corps Members.

The Director General of NYSC, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, extends his warm congratulations to all Corps Members of the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream I set, as well as the Monitoring Officers participating in the exercise. He wishes them a successful winding-up and passing-out programme.
